Terms of service
Seller and contact
The AURORIQA online shop at auroriqa.com is operated by Jan Světinský, a self-employed natural person, IČO 17309778, Bezručova 4201, 430 03 Chomutov, Czech Republic. E-mail: info@auroriqa.com. These terms govern the purchase of goods by consumers through this online shop.
Goods and printing to order
We sell tees and hoodies printed with AURORIQA's own graphics. The goods are printed and made only after you order, by an external manufacturer in the European Union. We offer finished designs; the customer chooses only from the variants offered (for example size and color) and does not edit or upload any artwork.
Information on properties, sizes, dimensions and care can be found on the page of the given product. Colors may differ slightly depending on your display; this, however, does not limit liability for the conformity of the goods with the order.
Order, price and payment
On the product page you choose one of the offered variants and the number of pieces. Before submitting, you can check and correct the contents of your cart and your contact details. Prices are stated in Kč; the checkout shows the final price, including shipping, before payment. Payment is made online when ordering at checkout; the checkout shows the available payment methods. By submitting a binding order you undertake to pay the stated amount. The purchase contract is concluded when the seller confirms receipt of the order to your e-mail.
If, after you order, it turns out that the chosen variant cannot be made or delivered, we will inform you without undue delay, offer a solution and refund the amount paid; we will deliver a different variant only by agreement.
Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the Czech Republic. Production usually takes 2–5 working days, and in total usually 5–14 working days from the order. The checkout shows the shipping price before payment. After dispatch we will e-mail you the dispatch information. Details are on the Shipping and payment page. Deal with us on non-delivery and damage in transit; we do not shift our responsibility towards the consumer merely by handing the parcel to the carrier.
Withdrawal and complaints
A consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. We do not make goods to a customer's individual specifications, so the right of withdrawal also applies to goods printed to order. The procedure, return costs, refund and the notice template are on the Returns and complaints page, which forms part of these terms. A customer account or our prior consent is not required for withdrawal.
The seller is liable for defects under Czech law; you may exercise rights arising from defective performance within 24 months of receiving the goods. You can make a complaint at the e-mail address above; we will issue a confirmation of receipt and of how it was resolved, and we will resolve the complaint within 30 days of its being made, unless we expressly agree on a longer period. Depending on the nature of the defect, you have the right to repair or replacement and, under statutory conditions, to a price reduction or withdrawal. No provision of these terms excludes statutory consumer rights or liability for defective goods.
Copyright
The graphics, logos, texts and photographs on this website are protected by law. They may not be copied or otherwise used without the seller's prior consent. Buying the goods does not give you the right to further reproduce or commercially use the graphics.
Out-of-court dispute resolution
Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve the problem. The body competent for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce); current contact details, information and how to file a proposal can be found at coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/.
Personal data and final provisions
The processing of personal data is described on the Privacy policy page. Contracts are concluded in Czech. These terms are governed by Czech law; the version in force at the time the order is concluded applies to the order. Changes to the terms do not affect contracts already concluded.
