Returns within 14 days

As a consumer, you can withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Just e-mail us with your order number; we'll send you the return address. Return the piece unworn and unwashed. You pay the return postage. We'll refund your money within 14 days of withdrawal, but not before we receive the goods.

Complaints

For defects in the goods you have the statutory right arising from defective performance for 2 years from receipt. Send us your complaint by e-mail with your order number and a description of the defect; a photo helps but isn't required. We'll process it within 30 days at the latest.
